12BET Predictions 3rd ODI: Bangladesh VS West Indies
Bangladesh will face off against West Indies in the third One Day International of the series. That is with the series already wrapped up by the Asian Cricket side. The Caribbean team has really failed to live up to expectations and have been disappointing so far. They will now be playing for pride.

Bangladesh had to suffer a blow in their pursuit of a series win against West Indies. They lost the second ODI by four wickets. However, the loss won’t make them too much sad. But they would want to improve their catching as they spilt two crucial opportunities. In their batting, their most prolific batsmen- Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahim and Shakib Al Hasan scored half-centuries. However, they could not build on that innings and score big. So, they will think about this. They kept losing wickets at crucial positions and hence could not go on to post a big score on the board. The fast bowlers were pretty impressive in the first ODI but equally weak in the second ODI. West Indies batsmen especially Hope scored freely against them. So, we could see another spinner in the playing XI in the third ODI.
West Indies
West Indies suffered a huge defeat in the first ODI of the series. However, they bounced back in the second ODI of the series riding on the back of a stunning century from Shai Hope. He scored 146 runs off 144 balls and helped West Indies chase the target. The Carribeans included Hemraj in the playing XI in the second ODI. However, he could score only three runs, as their opening partnership woes continued. So, we would expect them to make more adjustment in the third ODI, as Hope’s masterclass cannot hide the flaws in the batting line up all the time. While bowling, Bishoo bowled an economical spell, while Thomas picked up wickets. Winning the toss and bowling first was the key to winning the game. They will look to follow the same trend in the third ODI and are expected to not tinker with the playing XI.

Bangladesh and West Indies have faced each other 40 times. Bangladesh has won 17 matches while West Indies have won 21 matches. Two matches have ended in no result.
PREDICTION:
Bangladesh is the favourites to win this match because the batting and bowling unit of Bangladesh is much stronger than the West Indies. West Indies have a lot of flaws in their batting line up. Also, Bangladesh will take advantage of their home ground with which they are familiar with.
