Such is the power in their batting, that the lack of runs from the skipper has not hampered their free-scoring style. Will they be able to continue this against the Capitals, or will old failings rear their head once again?
Delhi Capitals
Another team that has found a second wind in their sails, they have been cantering along nicely, with Warner, and now Marsh finally finding that spark that has been missing for him. This is a great omen for a side that has been looking for that missing spark in their batting, and now that Marsh has finally found his groove, this team has unlocked a whole new level with its batting prowess. With opener Prithvi Shaw also back in the camp after recording from illness, this could be the most settled batting combination for the Capitals since the start of the season. They will have to pull their weight when it comes to the ball, with Kuldeep falling into a lull, and the rest of the bowlers not able to get the wickets that are required to halt the progress of the opponents.

PBKS 14-15 DC. Delhi enjoys the ever so slightest edge over Punjab in what has been dubbed the ‘North Indian derby’. However, since 2018 Punjab has won five of the nine contests between the two.
Prediction
This match has all the makings of an absolute run-fest, with the contest pitting two of the most fearsome batting unites against each other. The outcome of the match will rest upon which team’s bowling attack will be able to withstand that early barrage of aggression and manage to execute their game plan to perfection. And if the past games are anything to go by, Punjab Kings are the early favourites in this game due to their better bowling.
