Jose Mourinho believes Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return before 2017 ends

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho revealed that the veteran star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return to action before the end of the year.
According to the verdict of Mourinho, Ibrahimovic, who suffered from knee ligament damage last season, could be fit to play in the Premier League next month, December 11 (GMT +8) against rivals Manchester City.
“He is a lion, he is a fighter. I think that is a good description of him, he has the anger all the time and that’s the reason why he’s almost coming back. As we expect, he’s reduced the timing of his recovering and, as we were saying a few weeks ago, he will be back in 2017, which is a magnificent recovery.” Mourinho stated
Going back, the 35-year-old striker damaged his knee in a Europa League quarterfinal clash against Anderlecht and already returned to training at Carrington training ground last October.
In addition to that, Mourinho hailed the veteran striker and had a feeling that Ibrahimovic would be back by the end of the year as he continues his recovery for a big comeback.
Moving forward, Ibrahimovic, who signed a one year contract last August, has been included in Manchester United’s Champions League group stage squad.
He is also the club’s top scorer last season with 28 goals.
