Team Analysis

Watford’s last four friendly games are a clean sheet. This simply signifies that Marco Silva has really prepared his men to enter this new season perfectly.

However, the club will square off with Liverpool without the presence of striker Mauro Zarate and last season’s top scorer Troy Deeney due to injury. Given this, it’s likely that young players Jerome Sinclair and Isaac Success will both feature in the coming match of Hornets.

Jurgen Klopp’s side has also displayed a good pre-season match results. But it cannot be denied that Liverpool have worries over players’ injury list.

Nathaniel Clyne will not join the team as they go on a trip to Watford on weekend. Along with him is Adam Lallana who’s expected to be sidelined due to injury as well.

Meanwhile, the Reds will feature key player Mohamed Sala who has shown impressive performance during the pre-season. He managed to score four goals already after moving from Roma.

Jurgen Klopp aims to strengthen his squad this season by signing new players. Unfortunately, his targets have not yet completed signing transfer deals. Despite this, Klopp’s side will be seen fighting off Watford with confidence and verve.

Liverpool 1.55 (betting odds might change)
