Sergio Aguero late-struck gave Man City Carabao Cup advantage

Sergio Aguero managed to score an injury-time winner as Premier League leaders Manchester City came from behind to beat Bristol City in the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg.

The Championship side were excellent, especially in the first half, and led from Bobby Reid’s penalty, awarded after John Stones chopped down the Robins player.

However, Kevin de Bruyne ensured that his side will keep up by powering home an equalizer for the unbeaten EPL front runners this season.

At the late minutes of the campaign, substitute Sergio Aguero decisively headed in Bernardo Silva’s perfect-time cross to ensure that Pep Guardiola will have another victorious battle.

Pep Guardiola’s side are still in contention for four trophies this season, with the Premier League looking all but won given their 15-point lead over Manchester United.

Furthermore, it is apparent how Manchester City have demonstrated a fierce will to win this season and they kept pushing for goal.

Pep Guardiola’s men are bound to Liverpool on weekend for a domestic duel (check out the best betting odds).
