ISL Semifinal Second Leg: Online Booking Preview

This is the final chance saloon at the Indian Premier League: the second leg semifinals. Mumbai City FC host Atletico de Kolkata later today, while Delhi Dynamos host Kerala Blasters tomorrow. Win, you stay alive. Lose, you go home. Win or loss, you have a good chance of making some bucks if you make some calculated online betting moves. Here are the match previews.
Mumbai City FC vs Atletico de Kolkata
Atletico de Kolkata won the first leg at Kolkata 3-2. It was an exciting match in which attacks and counter-attacks flowed one after another, especially in the first half. Mumbai City FC looked the better team at times. Poor finishing let them down, as well as the sent-off of marquee player Diego Forlan. He received his second yellow card of the match at the 74th minute and was sent off. He will miss today’s match as well. Perhaps that will spur the other mainstays in the team to produce their best. Midfielders Gerson Vieira and Leo Costa are in top form. However, Sunil Chhetri has been a shadow of himself in this tournament. It is an opportune moment for him to make his mark.
ATK seem to know how to handle big moments. The attack led by Helder Postiga, Sameehg Doutie and Iain Hume can upset the best laid plans of any defense. The team possesses tenacity and nerves of steel, especially during tense finishes.
Prediction: Atletico de Kolkata appear favorite to reach the final. But as for online betting of this match, a draw seems to be the most probable.
Delhi Dynamos vs Kerala Blasters
Blasters won the opening fixture at home 1-0. Now the action shifts to Delhi. Delhi Dynamos need to win by a two-goal margin to march to the finals. Remember: there is no away rule advantage in the ISL. Only the total number of goals from the two legs will be counted. If the score is level after the second leg, an additional 30 minutes of two halves will be played immediately after the second leg. If the score is still level, penalty shoot-out is used as tiebreaker.
Blasters play their best football in the second half. So, whatever Delhi wants to do, they should better do it in the first half. Kerala Blasters do not score many goals. They do not concede many either. Now, all they need is a draw to reach the finals.
Delhi Dynamos need Marcelinho to regain his goal-scoring touch. Florent Malouda was largely obscure in the first leg in Kochi. An improved performance from him will set the ball rolling for Delhi.
Prediction: Delhi will have the upper hand, as they are playing at home. Back them in online betting for the match result. But that does not mean that they will win in the extra time and possible penalty shoot-out for reaching the final.
