Rafael Nadal French Open semi-final against Dominic Thiem

The nine-time champion Rafael Nadal moved into a 10th French Open semi-final after his fellow Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta withdrew from their match with an abdominal issue in the second set on Court Philippe Chatrier.
At the end of first set, Busta already received medical treatment on his injury.
Nadal was leading 6-2, 2-0 when Carreno Busta decided to call it a day as he could not continue anymore.
The Spanish star is now 22-1 on clay this year which includes three trophies at the Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters, the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell and the Mutua Madrid Open.
Nadal will go on to play the sixth seeded Australian Dominic Thiem in the semi-final round.
Thiem reached the semi-final when he stunned the defending champion Novak Djokovic in three straight sets with 7-6, 6-3, and 6-0 win.
The Australian upset Djokovic in just two hours and 15 minutes.
Fourth seeded Nadal is now aiming to win the 10th title at Roland Garros as he became the fifth man nto reach 10 semi-finals at a single Grand Slam in the Open era.
